Wow!
I have been experiencing some insomnia recently, and wanted to avoid taking anything too harsh. I saw an ad for these and decided that I had nothing to lose in giving them a go. I have taken 2 of them each night this week, and well... they put me to sleep. A win in my book. The purple bottle makes a nice addition to my bedside table too haha.

Shocked how effective it is
I honestly wasn't sure what to think before I bought these, but they truly do work! Even 1 gummy will make you drowsy. I take 2 now before bed and I have the best nights sleep, I wouldn't be able to go without them now. Also super tasty passionfruit flavour. Love it, will be subscribing to this product.

Easy, yummy and calming
I waiting until I've had finished the bottle, taking 2 most night before bed. The texture is really nice to chew and I have come to love the taste, even though I didn't at first. It's herbal but really gentle and lovely and I associate it with bedtime the same way I do with my Lush Twilight Spray. I assume these do work. I think I have slightly more settled nights when I have them but, more so, the ritual of having them puts me into the mindset to go wind down and sleep - so they do have a positive effect. I have stocked up on a few bottles and I will continue to take them more regularly now I have committed to the routine. Definitely try them. If you believe they will relax you, they will have an effect.

AMAZING!!
I love these, they are great! And work so so well! I only need to take 1 and it helps me shut off and sleep so well. My husband use to take prescription sleeping tablets and struggled to get anything else to work for him. But he says these work just as good. We take them every night and I always make sure I have a spare bottle on hand :)

These actually work!
I ordered 1 bottle a couple of weeks ago and just placed another order for 3 more! They're amazing!! I've struggled with sleep for a while and tried lots of different things, apps, meditation, teas, supplements...but I'm finding these to be doing the trick!! Would highly recommend.

I loved these gummies!! They helped me sleep fast. I dont usally go to sleep fast but when i had these it was quick. I loved the flavour but it was a bit hard to chew...
